Position Summary:
The ASC Service Call Associate is responsible for supporting the onboarding of Authorized Service Centers (ASCs), including large dealer group ASC targets. This role manages the onboarding process from the initial outreach call through to the dealer group receiving a Greenworks account number.
Additional responsibilities include assisting customers and internal departments with warranty-related inquiries and Authorized Service Center needs. The ASC Service Call Associate serves as the first point of contact for ASC partners and is responsible for maintaining and strengthening customer relationships.
A key part of the role involves supporting the Manager of the ASC Network by working directly with service centers contracted by Greenworks to provide warranty service and product support.
This position is based in Holland Landing, Ontario.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Onboarding new ASCs and maintaining the relationship with all service centers.
- Contact a minimum of 15 ASC prospects daily with a minimum target close rate of 20%.
- Assuring an active list of ASCs is maintained to properly support all Business Units.
- Engaging in Large Dealer Group contacts for onboarding into the ASC Network.
- Assists in the task of onboarding process of all large Dealer Groups.
- Onboarding new ASCs and maintaining the relationship with all service centers.
- Working directly with the Commercial Customer Service Support Team supplying a solution to all customers.
- Ensures that customers have a positive experience; meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Following all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments and adhering to all policies and procedures as specified.
- Performing all other duties assigned by management in a professional and efficient manner.
- Maintain all contact details in Salesforce for all ASCs.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Bilingual in French and English, must be fluent.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work overtime, off shifts and weekends as needed is required to support functional leads.
- A demonstrated willingness for continual learning and skill development is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to neatly translate thoughts into written paragraphs and articulate equipment operation and failures.
- Proficient in Excel, Power Point and Word. (SAP and / or ARI Part Smart is also helpful).
- Knowledge of Salesforce or related CRM system is a plus.
- Demonstrated effective teamwork and interpersonal skills are required, including willingness to receive direction from either supervisor or other team members to support department goals.
- Potential physical demands include but are not limited to frequent/constant walking and standing, occasional twisting, stooping, kneeling, lifting, handling, pushing, and pulling.
Education and Experience:
- High school education or equivalent is required for this position.
- Previous call center or field service positions.
- Experience in the outdoor power equipment industry preferred.
