Position Overview: The Accounting Supervisor leads the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records, managing tax compliance, and supporting special projects and audits.

● Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor accounting staff in daily operations
• Oversee all sales tax filings and ensure regulatory compliance
• Review and analyze financial statements and reports
• Lead audit preparations and participate in cross-functional projects
• Identify and implement process improvements

● Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, with supervisory responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of sales tax compliance and GAAP
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and analytical skills
