Key Responsibilities:

- Greet commercial clients promptly and professionally, understanding their service needs and providing expert guidance.

- Communicate repair requirements clearly to customers.

- Prepare detailed service estimates and explain repair procedures, costs, and timelines.

- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of service work.

- Maintain accurate service records and documentation for all customer interactions and repairs.

- Upsell additional services and maintenance opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and business revenue.

- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

- Stay informed about Ford Pro products, services, and industry best practices to provide knowledgeable advice.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role within the automotive industry.

- Strong knowledge of Ford vehicles and Ford Pro Commercial Service is preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to explain technical information clearly.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
