Food & Beverage Supervisor at Vanderbilt Country Club – Naples, Florida

Description: Vanderbilt Country Club is an extraordinary private club located in North Naples, Florida and is looking to hire an F&B Supervisor. This role is responsible for Supervising the F&B Operation at The Clubhouse and Terrace Café, to include assisting executing all Club Events. This role ensures the daily satisfaction of members and guests. Assists staff by providing food and beverage service to members and guests using standard operation procedures and helps maintain the dining area in a clean and organized manner. Possesses a valid “Food handler Certificate: issued by the state of Florida and must have completed Safestaff “Responsible Alcoholic Beverage Service Program”. Always maintains a professional demeanor and has a productive relationship with bartenders, food service staff and kitchen staff. Requirements:

Minimum of three years’ experience as a Lead Server/Supervisor at a Country Club, quality hotel or fine dining restaurant with a thorough understanding of operations and member services.
