This role is key to making that happen.
Requirements:As the MedSpa Clinic Manager, you will oversee daily operations, drive sales, support your team, and ensure every client experience exceeds expectations. You will help shape and execute business strategies, optimize operations, and lead your team to success.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, including staff scheduling, inventory, and service delivery
- Drive sales and membership growth through team coaching, goal setting, and performance tracking
- Manage and develop a small team (front desk, aestheticians, nurse practitioners)
- Ensure exceptional client experiences and resolve issues efficiently
- Monitor KPIs including revenue, client retention, referrals, and treatment sales
- Collaborate with leadership to execute marketing initiatives and promotions
- Handle basic HR tasks like onboarding, training, and performance reviews
What We’re Looking For:
- MedSpa experience is required for this role - Experience in retail, sales, or customer service management is a plus
- Strong understanding of business operations and a results-driven mindset
- Natural leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with sales and motivated to grow the business
- Organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
