About This Position
POSITION SUMMARY
The Marketing Production Intern supports and assists the PTRs Marketing and Creative team through hands-on execution across video, photography, content production, and team operations. This role goes beyond traditional design work and is ideal for a creative individual who is eager to contribute wherever needed to help the team meet its goals.
The intern will assist in producing visual assets, capturing photography, supporting video shoots, and helping with marketing logistics, including inventory coordination, shipping, and cross-functional support. This role reports directly to the Creative Director and works closely with the design team and Marketing Coordinator.
LOCATION
On-site in Ft Wayne, IN
COMPENSATION
This position offers competitive compensation, benchmarked to regional market standards. The role is an internship, so it does not include full-time company benefits.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Creative & Design Support

Assist the design team in producing content for digital ads, social media, presentations, trade shows, and internal initiatives.
Execute design concepts provided by senior creative leadership.
Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets.
Prepare production-ready files for digital distribution.
Assist in maintaining templates, brand assets, and creative files.
Photography & Video Support

Capture product, lifestyle, event, and behind-the-scenes photography as needed.
Assist on video shoots, including setup, lighting support, and production coordination.
Support basic photo editing and asset organization.
Help maintain organized digital asset libraries.
Marketing & Team Execution Support

Assist the Marketing Coordinator with inventory tracking, packaging, and shipping of marketing materials.
Support trade show and event preparation (asset organization, packing, logistics).
Help coordinate and organize creative samples and promotional materials.
Provide hands-on support for various marketing initiatives aligned with team goals.
Contribute to brainstorming sessions and team meetings.
Collaboration

Work directly with the Creative Director on creative execution and project support.
Collaborate with designers, videographers, and marketing team members.
Support cross-functional needs including HR, Sales, Recruiting, and Operations when creative assistance is required.
Assist in maintaining organized file systems and brand documentation.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST HAVE
-
Photography skills (product and lifestyle photography preferred).
Basic video pre-production and production.
Portfolio demonstrating design fundamentals (layout, typography, composition).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to take direction, accept feedback, and execute efficiently.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Willingness to support both creative and operational tasks.
NICE TO HAVE

Familiarity with Canva.
Experience with motion graphics or social media content creation.
Interest in brand building and creative strategy.
