Accountabilities
  • Develop a strong understanding of key customer segments and markets, including librarians and researchers.
  • Identify customer pain points, industry trends, and competitive dynamics to inform marketing strategies.
  • Create compelling persona-based value propositions and segment narratives.
  • Develop and execute marketing programs supporting product launches and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Collaborate with teams to build and execute marketing plans aligned with business priorities.
  • Create sales enablement tools and messaging briefs that enhance the buyer journey.
  • Streamline content development processes and sales readiness efforts through collaboration.
  • Partner with sales teams to improve commercial effectiveness through training and resources.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing or product marketing, preferably in SaaS or academic sectors.
  • Proven track record in go-to-market strategies that yield measurable outcomes.
  • Understanding of marketing and sales alignment, familiar with Challenger Sales methodology.
  • Experience creating enablement content, narratives, and digital marketing assets.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong focus on using metrics for strategy optimization.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
