- Design, develop, and maintain scalable digital learning experiences, including self-paced eLearning and virtual instructor-led training
- Create engaging educational content across formats such as modules, videos, presentations, labs, and assessments
- Build structured learning paths that support certification, accreditation, and user enablement programs
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to ensure content accuracy and alignment with product updates
- Develop interactive, hands-on training experiences that simulate real-world applications
- Analyze learner data and performance metrics to continuously improve course effectiveness and engagement
- Support instructors and stakeholders with clear documentation, training materials, and delivery guidelines
- Maintain consistency in instructional design standards, visual identity, and learning methodologies
- Manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders in a distributed, asynchronous work environment
- Background in instructional design, learning experience design, curriculum development, or related fields
- Experience with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate, Storyline, Captivate, or similar platforms
- Proven ability to design and deliver digital learning programs across multiple formats (eLearning, virtual training, video, labs)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret learner data and optimize learning experiences
- Experience managing projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and accessible learning content
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, distributed team environment
