Lead Product Designer

Sagepath Reply is looking for a Lead Product Designer for Chicago, IL. Someone who can define and drive overall design vision and strategy; guide end-to-end design process; facilitate client stakeholder working sessions and interviews; elicit and document business, non-functional, and technical requirements and project KPIs; define product requirements, prioritize features, and create intuitive and engaging user experiences; present design concepts, prototypes and solutions to clients and internal stakeholders; provide leadership, mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
Responsibilities
  • Define and drive overall design vision and strategy
  • Guide end-to-end design process
  • Facilitate client stakeholder working sessions and interviews
  • Elicit and document business, non-functional, and technical requirements and project KPIs
  • Define product requirements, prioritize features, and create intuitive and engaging user experiences
  • Present design concepts, prototypes and solutions to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Provide leadership, mentorship and guidance to junior team members
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Communication, Information Architecture, or similar
  • 5 years’ experience UX/UI design
  • UX Certification
  • Demonstrated ability to lead design teams and collaborate with cross functional stakeholders
  • Expertise in user research, creating user personas, journey mappping, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
  • Proficiency in industry standard design and prototyping tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills
  • Experience working for multinational companies

The base compensation for this full-time position is $120,000 plus benefits. Compensation decisions are supported through market data, where regional variances may exist based on cost of labor. We also take into consideration prior experience, relevant skills, education and/or training, certifications and as applicable, other required qualifications.
