Customer Experience Specialist – Highmark Companies
Pay: $50K - $55K

Responsibilities
• Respond to all phone, email, and website inquiries within 24 hours — qualifying prospects and routing them to the right team member.
• Keep our client database, email inboxes, and sell sheet inventory organized and up to date so every department has what they need.
• Create a warm, welcoming experience at front desk for clients, teammates, and vendors — whether in person, over the phone, or via email.
• Help select personalized client gifts, send welcome emails to new leads, and support neighborhood mailers to keep relationships strong at every stage.
• Keep conference rooms tidy and calendars managed so meetings run without a hitch.
• Partner with HR to give new hires a warm, on-brand welcome, and help gather client feedback through surveys and Google Reviews.
• Jump in on lead-generating events, support the marketing team, and take on special projects and other tasks as needed.
What We’re Looking For
• At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role is highly preferred — you know how to read a room and make people feel welcome
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including being genuinely great on the phone
• Highly accurate data entry and strong computer proficiency
• A natural multi-tasker who can stay organized and composed when things get busy
• Someone who takes initiative, works independently, and brings a positive attitude every single day

Requirements:• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role highly preferred.
• Highly proficient in building relationships and delivering a positive experience at every interaction
• Strong organizational skills with highly accurate data entry and computer proficiency
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to problem-solve and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively depending on the task
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check
