This role focuses on driving new business growth by identifying, engaging, and converting high-value prospects into long-term clients within a dynamic marketing services environment. You will take ownership of the full acquisition cycle, from lead generation and outreach to discovery, proposal creation, and deal closure. Working in a fast-paced, remote-first setup, you will collaborate closely with marketing and delivery teams to build tailored client solutions and ensure smooth onboarding experiences. The position demands strong commercial acumen, structured prospecting, and the ability to run consultative sales conversations with decision-makers. You will also play a key role in shaping account-based outreach strategies and improving pipeline quality through data-driven targeting. This is a high-impact role where your efforts directly contribute to revenue growth and business expansion.
Drive end-to-end client acquisition efforts by identifying qualified prospects, building relationships, and converting leads into business opportunities. You will manage the full sales cycle while ensuring accurate pipeline tracking and strong collaboration across internal teams.
- Identify, research, and qualify prospects using tools such as LinkedIn, Apollo.io, inbound leads, and curated databases.
- Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns including email, calls, and social engagement to generate and nurture leads.
- Conduct discovery calls, gather requirements, and build targeted account lists for account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
- Create customized proposals, pricing decks, and scope-of-work documents aligned with client needs.
- Schedule and lead client meetings, demos, and presentations, ensuring clear documentation of outcomes.
- Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to align messaging, case studies, and onboarding processes.
- Maintain CRM accuracy, manage pipeline forecasting, and report regularly on key sales metrics and performance indicators.
This role requires strong experience in B2B client acquisition, preferably within a marketing agency or service-based environment, along with proven expertise in prospecting, outreach, and deal management.
- 3+ years of experience in business development or client acquisition, ideally in a marketing agency or B2B services setup.
- Hands-on experience with prospecting tools such as Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email sequencing platforms.
- Strong experience in running account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns including ICP definition and account mapping.
- Ability to create compelling proposals, presentations, and customized solutions for different industries and buyer personas.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with confidence in client-facing discussions.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) and MS Office/Google Workspace.
