The environment is highly cross-functional, involving close collaboration with Sales, Finance, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. This position offers strong visibility with senior leadership and the opportunity to shape strategic direction at scale. It is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact, and data-driven SaaS environment.

Accountabilities:
  • Partner with cross-functional leadership teams to deliver data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making across Sales, Product, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Build, maintain, and evolve KPI frameworks and performance dashboards to monitor sales effectiveness and business health.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses, including root-cause investigations, to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across revenue operations.
  • Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations for executive stakeholders, including C-suite leadership.
  • Support the design and optimization of go-to-market strategies and operational initiatives to improve productivity and performance.
  • Lead and support cross-functional projects focused on improving reporting, tools, and analytics capabilities.
  • Develop scalable reporting solutions using data visualization tools and ensure accuracy and consistency across datasets.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts, fostering analytical rigor and best practices across the team.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, or Business Analytics within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong expertise in data visualization tools such as Looker and Tableau.
  • Advanced SQL skills with experience querying large datasets and performing complex analysis.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn raw and unstructured data into meaningful insights.
  • Proven experience defining KPIs, building reporting frameworks, and supporting executive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with experience presenting to senior and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Ability to operate independently, manage competing priorities, and drive projects from concept to execution.
  • Experience with Python or R is a plus for advanced analytics use cases.
  • Strong adaptability and problem-solving skills in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Benefits:
  • Competitive annual cash compensation ranging from $129,200 to $206,700 USD depending on experience and location
  • Eligibility for performance-based bonuses and incentive compensation
  • Equity participation through restricted stock units (RSUs) in eligible roles
  • Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Flexible work model supporting remote and hybrid collaboration
  • Retirement savings plans with employer contributions
  • Professional development opportunities and access to learning resources
  • Inclusive, high-performance culture focused on growth and innovation
  • Employee wellbeing programs supporting mental, physical, and financial health
