This role sits at the intersection of data, strategy, and revenue performance, supporting senior leadership in shaping how a fast-growing sales organization operates and scales. You will transform complex, high-volume data into clear strategic insights that directly influence go-to-market decisions, forecasting accuracy, and overall business performance. Acting as a trusted partner to executive stakeholders, you will help identify growth opportunities, uncover performance gaps, and define the metrics that guide sales execution. The environment is highly cross-functional, involving close collaboration with Sales, Finance, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. You will play a key role in elevating analytics maturity by moving from descriptive reporting to predictive, insight-driven decision-making. - Partner with cross-functional leadership teams to deliver data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making across Sales, Product, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Build, maintain, and evolve KPI frameworks and performance dashboards to monitor sales effectiveness and business health.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses, including root-cause investigations, to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across revenue operations.
- Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations for executive stakeholders, including C-suite leadership.
- Support the design and optimization of go-to-market strategies and operational initiatives to improve productivity and performance.
- Lead and support cross-functional projects focused on improving reporting, tools, and analytics capabilities.
- Develop scalable reporting solutions using data visualization tools and ensure accuracy and consistency across datasets.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts, fostering analytical rigor and best practices across the team.
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, or Business Analytics within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong expertise in data visualization tools such as Looker and Tableau.
- Advanced SQL skills with experience querying large datasets and performing complex analysis.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn raw and unstructured data into meaningful insights.
- Proven experience defining KPIs, building reporting frameworks, and supporting executive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with experience presenting to senior and C-suite stakeholders.
- Ability to operate independently, manage competing priorities, and drive projects from concept to execution.
- Experience with Python or R is a plus for advanced analytics use cases.
- Strong adaptability and problem-solving skills in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Competitive annual cash compensation ranging from $129,200 to $206,700 USD depending on experience and location
