Job Description
This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment throughout our facilities (dealerships and more), including the showrooms, service areas, Guest lounges, offices, and restrooms. This role helps ensure an exceptional first impression for Guests and a safe workspace for our Team Members.
This position will be responsible for:
Keeping facilities and property in clean and orderly condition.
Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas.
Sweep, mop, and vacuum showroom floors, hallways, and office spaces.
Shampoo or steam-clean carpets and rugs as needed.
Keep all restrooms, Guest waiting, breakrooms, vending area dispensers, and supplies stocked.
Dust and wipe down surfaces, counters, desks, and glass doors.
Polish furniture and fixtures as needed.
Maintain cleanliness of Guest waiting areas, coffee/vending stations, and retail spaces.
Collect and dispose of trash and recycling from offices and service areas.
Clean spills safely and promptly; ensure floors are free of debris and hazards.
Restock hand towel dispensers, shop towels, soap, and supplies as needed.
Maintain cleanliness of entryways, sidewalks, and pedestrian areas.
Monitor exterior trash receptacles and empty as required.
Assist with light groundskeeping tasks (removing litter, clearing debris, etc.).
Report maintenance needs or safety hazards to management.
Follow all dealership safety policies and procedures.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request reorders when needed.
Support special cleaning tasks such as deep cleaning, showroom prep, or event setup.
Working with our Team Members in a positive and productive manner.
Qualifications:
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment (floor scrubbers, vacuums, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and with a Team.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
- Ability to lift to 40 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods.
The scheduled workdays are Monday through Friday, and the work hours are either 7:00am to 4:00pm or 8:00am to 5:00pm.
The starting hourly pay rate range for this position is $15.00 – $16.50+ and will be evaluated based upon relevant skills, training, experience, education and other job-related factors permitted by law.
