In this role, you will support the onboarding, activation, and growth of real estate partners through a structured, consultative sales and enrollment process. You will guide new partners from initial outreach through program enrollment, ensuring a smooth transition and strong early engagement. Acting as both a trusted advisor and product expert, you will deliver virtual presentations, provide training, and help partners succeed within the platform ecosystem. This is a highly relationship-driven position where communication, organization, and execution directly impact partner success. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across sales, onboarding, and account transition processes. Working in a fast-paced, remote environment, you will play a key role in driving adoption and long-term partner satisfaction.
In this role, you will manage the full partner launch lifecycle, from initial engagement through onboarding and transition, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for real estate professionals joining the network.
- Conduct professional consultative sales presentations and product demonstrations via virtual platforms, guiding partners through program value and requirements.
- Manage partner progression from prospecting to enrollment, ensuring timely follow-ups and milestone completion.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on onboarding workflows, program standards, and operational requirements for new partners.
- Complete enrollment processes and ensure all system configurations and profile setups are correctly executed.
- Deliver onboarding training and coaching to new partners, supporting early success and platform adoption.
- Coordinate account transitions by introducing partners to their assigned Growth Advisor and ensuring continuity of support.
- Maintain accurate tracking and execution of tasks using CRM and sales enablement tools, ensuring operational efficiency.
This role requires strong partner-facing experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage structured sales and onboarding workflows in an autonomous environment.
- 3+ years of experience in sales, partner success, consulting, coaching, or customer-facing roles, ideally within real estate or enterprise environments.
- Experience in onboarding, training, or guiding new customers or partners is strongly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and structured workflows with high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident, consultative approach.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining accountability and performance standards.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, Tableau, Sonar, Google Suite, or similar platforms.
