This role is a foundational leadership opportunity focused on building and scaling the sales operations and enablement engine for a high-growth, mission-driven organization. You will define the systems, processes, and tools that empower the sales team to operate efficiently, consistently, and at scale. Working closely with senior sales leadership, you will act as the operational backbone of the revenue organization, removing friction and enabling stronger performance. This position blends strategy, hands-on execution, and cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, IT, and Business Operations. You will play a key role in designing training programs, optimizing the sales tech stack, and improving overall sales productivity. It is an ideal role for a builder who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys creating structure from ambiguity.
- Design, build, and maintain a scalable sales playbook that standardizes messaging, methodology, and execution across the sales organization.
- Develop and implement end-to-end sales processes that improve consistency, efficiency, and revenue performance.
- Lead sales enablement and training initiatives, including onboarding, skill development, and ongoing reinforcement of best practices.
- Own and optimize the sales technology ecosystem, including Salesforce and supporting tools such as outreach, prospecting, and analytics platforms.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve integrations, workflows, and system usability across the revenue stack.
- Support SDR teams by improving targeting, messaging, objection handling, and operational consistency.
- Drive continuous improvement in sales operations by identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions.
- 7+ years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or revenue operations roles within fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce and modern sales tech stacks, with the ability to identify gaps and implement improvements.
- Proven experience designing and delivering effective sales training and enablement programs that drive measurable performance gains.
- Experience supporting or managing inside sales or SDR teams, including coaching on messaging and sales execution.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working with Sales, Marketing, IT, Finance, and Operations teams.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable improvements in sales performance.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled sales tools and modern revenue technologies.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a focus on operational excellence.
- Competitive base salary ranging from $140,000 to $170,000, with total on-target earnings up to $204,000.
