Description
The Department of Social Sciences is seeking adjunct instructors to teach courses in Social Work and Sociology. These are part-time positions and may include day or evening classes based on departmental needs and candidate availability.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Social Work: Master’s degree in Social Work
- Sociology: Master’s degree in Sociology or a closely related field
Additional Requirements:
- Social Work: Ability to teach courses in person on the SMC campus
- Sociology: Ability to teach courses in person on the SMC campus or online
- Relevant teaching and/or professional experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
