Job Description
Holland Law Group is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Part-Time HR Administrative Assistant with a cheerful and approachable disposition to support our Human Resources and Operations teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in building a long-term career in Human Resources while gaining hands-on experience in recruiting, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations. The right candidate will work closely with the HR Manager and the Director of Business Process, and will play an important role in supporting our growing firm.
Key Responsibilities:
Screen and schedule candidates for open positions
Assist with recruiting coordination and applicant tracking
Conduct new hire orientation each Monday
Prepare onboarding documents and maintain employee files
Assist with HR administrative tasks and compliance tracking
General administrative support for the HR Manager and Director of Business Process
Filing, document organization, and data entry
Additional projects as assigned
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Professional demeanor and discretion with confidential information
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic HR systems
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources preferred
Paychex Flex experience is a plus.
