Leaders Furniture is looking for a passionate, customer-focused Sales Professional to join the vibrant team at our Sarasota Showroom. This position will be a mix of face-to-face and E-Commerce sales in the Showroom setting.

• Training & Growth: 14-week onboarding, quarterly training, and ongoing development.
• Compensation at Leaders Furniture: This is an hourly, plus commission-based role with uncapped earnings—your success is directly tied to your effort. Grow your product knowledge and unlock your potential. At Leaders, your initiative drives both income and impact.
  
• Schedule: 40-hour workweek | M–S 10–7, Sun 10–6 |
• Generous PTO, no blackout dates.

What You Bring:

• Previous experience in E-Commerce and retail sales
• Exceptional computer skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Weekend/holiday availability (closed Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter)
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. and travel to Largo for training and sales meetings
  
• A friendly, upbeat attitude
• A customer-focused mindset
