Responsibilities- Stretch, top, and cook pizzas to recipe standards.
- Maintain dough rotation and storage.
- Follow sanitation and food safety rules.
- Keep workstation organized.
- Monitor oven temperatures and safety.
- Assist with prep tasks.
- Label and rotate ingredients.
- Clean equipment and utensils.
- Communicate with BOH and FOH staff.
- Complete station checklists.
