We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Bilingual Marketing Assistant / Coordinator to support our marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who is fluent in both English and Spanish and is passionate about engaging diverse audiences through strategic marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels

· Translate and adapt marketing materials to ensure cultural relevance and accuracy

· Manage and schedule content for platforms

· Coordinate marketing projects, timelines, and deliverables

· Conduct market research to identify trends and audience insights

· Support email marketing campaigns and customer communications

· Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors

Qualifications

· Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)

· Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)

· 1–3 years of marketing, communications, or administrative experience preferred

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

· Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, email marketing software)

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
