Under the Wellness Director/RCC’s supervision, is responsible for overseeing daily clinical support operations within the Assisted Living Community. This role ensures residents receive high quality, compassionate care while maintaining compliance with State Regulations, community policies, and safety standards. This position provides support and direction to care giving staff, RCCs, and the Wellness Director and promotes a positive, resident-centered environment.
