This is a high-impact opportunity to influence enterprise growth at scale in a fast-moving, data-centric environment.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead, recruit, and develop a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives, ensuring consistent achievement of revenue and growth targets.

  • Maintain accurate forecasting and provide clear visibility into enterprise performance for executive leadership.
  • Support expansion strategies across existing accounts using land-and-expand motion principles.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales leadership, with a proven track record of managing and scaling high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong background in selling complex technical or data-driven solutions to large enterprise customers.
  • Demonstrated success as both an individual contributor and sales leader, consistently exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience building outbound sales culture and driving disciplined pipeline generation.
  • Strong ability to coach, mentor, and develop enterprise sales talent in fast-changing environments.
  • Proven experience collaborating cross-functionally and working with external partners in co-selling environments.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales motions including land-and-expand strategies.
  • Strong forecasting, analytical, and operational discipline with executive-level communication skills.
  • Ability to lead with influence, build trust, and maintain a high-performance team culture.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth, and metrics-driven environment.

Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation package including base salary and performance-based on-target earnings
  • Base salary range: $180,025 – $225,031 USD
  • On-target earnings range: $360,050 – $450,062 USD
  • 100% employer-paid medical insurance (varies by region)
  • Generous paid time off, including vacation, sick leave, holidays, parental leave, and volunteer days
  • RSU stock grant opportunities
  • Monthly cell phone stipend
  • Professional development and training programs
  • Mental health and wellness support platform with therapy and coaching resources
  • Remote-first flexibility with global collaboration opportunities
  • Inclusive, values-driven culture focused on teamwork and impact.
