Senior Compliance Analyst, Product Implementation & Support

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst, Product Implementation & Support in the United States.

This role sits at the intersection of mortgage compliance, product development, and technology-driven innovation. You will act as a key compliance partner for product and engineering teams, ensuring that mortgage solutions are designed and implemented in full alignment with regulatory and investor requirements. The position focuses on translating complex regulations into clear system logic, enabling scalable and compliant product launches. You will play a critical role in validating system behavior before and after release, using data insights, testing frameworks, and automation tools to strengthen control environments. Working in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting, you will help improve how mortgage products are built, launched, and maintained. This is a highly collaborative role where compliance expertise directly shapes product design and customer experience.

Accountabilities:
  • Serve as the primary compliance advisor for product and engineering teams on mortgage product implementation and ongoing support.
  • Translate federal, state, and investor regulatory requirements into actionable system rules and business logic.
  • Conduct pre-launch testing of system configurations, disclosure logic, and workflows to ensure compliant product behavior.
  • Perform post-launch validation, control testing, and monitoring of product performance against regulatory standards.
  • Analyze production data, audit results, and customer complaints to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
  • Design and support remediation plans that improve system workflows, automation, and compliance controls.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Operations teams to embed compliance into product design and lifecycle management.
  • Leverage data analytics, automation, and AI-enabled tools to enhance compliance oversight and reduce manual review efforts.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in mortgage compliance, QA/QC, regulatory operations, or related lending functions.
  • Strong background in mortgage lending processes such as origination, processing, underwriting, servicing, or quality control.
  • Experience working with Product, Engineering, or Systems teams to translate regulatory requirements into technical solutions.
  • Knowledge of mortgage guidelines (FHA, VA, USDA, agency standards) and federal/state lending regulations.
  • Ability to interpret mortgage documentation including disclosures, underwriting files, and closing packages.
  • Familiarity with mortgage technology platforms (e.g., Encompass or similar LOS/AUS systems) and system workflows.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to identify issues, propose system-level fixes, and improve operational controls.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex regulatory concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Curiosity and openness to using AI tools, automation, and data analytics in compliance processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred; certifications such as CRCM, CMCP, or CMB are a plus.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range: $79,000 – $132,800 annually depending on location and experience.
  • Equity awards based on performance, experience, and geographic location.
  • Fully remote work model with flexibility across all U.S. states (with limited exceptions).
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage and wellness support programs.
  • Retirement savings plans and additional financial benefits.
  • Professional development opportunities and career growth within a technology-driven environment.
  • Inclusive, flexible work culture built on trust, collaboration, and autonomy.
