This leadership role focuses on driving the successful execution of complex data and AI engagements while ensuring exceptional client outcomes across a portfolio of strategic accounts. You will act as a trusted senior delivery leader, balancing hands-on involvement in key engagements with broader oversight of delivery quality, team performance, and operational health. The role requires strong client-facing presence, with the ability to build trust at executive level while anticipating risks and ensuring alignment between technical delivery and business objectives. You will also play a critical role in developing delivery talent and strengthening organizational capabilities. Working closely with sales and technical leaders, you will help shape account growth and ensure consistent, high-quality delivery standards across clients. - Serve as the senior delivery leader across a portfolio of complex client engagements, ensuring high-quality outcomes and strong client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with client stakeholders throughout the engagement lifecycle, acting as a key advisor and escalation point when needed.
- Step in to resolve delivery risks or client challenges requiring senior judgment, restoring stability and ensuring alignment with expectations.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of delivery professionals, strengthening their client management, problem-solving, and communication capabilities.
- Partner with growth and sales leaders to identify expansion opportunities and shape future phases of work grounded in delivery reality.
- Ensure consistency in delivery standards, methodologies, and client experience across multiple accounts and teams.
- Oversee engagement health, including scope, timeline, staffing, margin, and quality, ensuring accurate reporting and operational visibility.
- Collaborate with technical leadership to align delivery execution with architecture, data, and AI solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying patterns across engagements and promoting best practices across teams.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in consulting, delivery leadership, or client engagement roles.
- Proven track record managing multi-account portfolios with P&L responsibility and executive-level client relationships.
- Strong experience in data, technology, or AI-driven consulting environments is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing delivery teams in a matrixed organization.
- Strong client management instincts with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder dynamics and executive conversations.
- Solid understanding of professional services financials including margin management, forecasting, and utilization.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and translate between business and technical perspectives.
- Strong organizational discipline with attention to delivery governance, reporting accuracy, and operational rigor.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills under pressure.
