Commercial Supply Planning Senior Coordinator at Jobgether – United States

This role plays a key part in supporting the commercialization and supply continuity of late-stage biologic therapies within a complex global supply chain environment. You will help design, configure, and validate planning and execution systems that ensure accurate inventory visibility and efficient supply operations across internal and external manufacturing partners. Acting at the intersection of supply planning, systems setup, and cross-functional coordination, you will contribute to building a scalable, best-in-class biologics supply chain. The position involves close collaboration with manufacturing, quality, and finance teams to ensure alignment and operational excellence. You will also support ongoing inventory reconciliation, KPI tracking, and process improvements that directly impact supply reliability and compliance. This is a hands-on, systems-oriented role ideal for someone who thrives in a regulated, fast-evolving biopharmaceutical environment.

You will be responsible for enabling and optimizing commercial supply planning processes and systems that support biologics manufacturing and distribution. Your work will ensure data integrity, operational efficiency, and seamless cross-functional execution across the supply chain.

• Define and maintain master data requirements for Oracle OPM and Maestro Rapid Response planning systems
• Execute and validate system setups to support supply planning and operational execution processes
• Coordinate monthly inventory reconciliation using CMO and Oracle OPM data, identifying process improvements and efficiencies
• Support the design, documentation, and implementation of supply planning processes and workflows
• Monitor supply chain KPIs and contribute to performance tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate closely with External Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and trust
• Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements and uphold a strong culture of quality across all activities
• Contribute to ongoing process optimization and operational excellence across the end-to-end supply chain

This role requires strong supply chain systems expertise, analytical capability, and experience in regulated pharmaceutical or biologics environments. You should be comfortable working across functions and navigating complex global supply networks.

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain systems setup and process implementation within the pharmaceutical industry
• Experience with biologics or injectable product supply chains strongly preferred
• Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP OPM master data setup and planning systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex and novel operational challenges
• Understanding of global supply chain operations and regulatory expectations in a GxP environment
• Ability to work cross-functionally and build strong, trust-based relationships across teams
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex supply chain issues clearly
• Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and commitment to high-quality execution
• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or business-related field
