- Lead and continuously improve the performance management cycle, ensuring consistency, clarity, and alignment with business priorities.
- Design and implement talent retention strategies focused on engagement, succession planning, and key talent development.
- Build and manage career frameworks that enable transparency, internal mobility, and structured growth paths.
- Partner with managers, leaders, and HR business partners across regions to align talent strategies with organizational needs.
- Support leaders in decisions related to performance, potential, and team development.
- Develop and evolve performance management tools, frameworks, and practices that foster accountability and high performance.
- Identify skill gaps and development needs through data analysis and stakeholder collaboration.
- Translate insights into scalable learning and development solutions aligned with business goals.
- Design and deliver engaging learning experiences using modern methodologies and digital tools.
- Guide employees and managers through development programs, learning journeys, and career opportunities.
- Provide coaching and support to enhance performance and accelerate professional growth.
- Measure the effectiveness of development initiatives and propose improvements based on data and trends.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
- Advanced level of English.
- Experience with performance management processes and related software tools.
- Strong data visualization and analytical skills.
- Solid understanding of goal setting frameworks, feedback cycles, and performance methodologies.
- Experience designing career paths, development programs, and progression frameworks.
- Ability to coach and support individuals in performance improvement and career growth.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and communicate effectively.
- Experience working in dynamic, fast-paced, and ambiguous environments.
