Our clinical team is seeking a full-time, 32- hour weekly, Clinical Phone Specialist (Phone Nurse) at our our Division Street Family Clinic

Schedule: MT-TH-F, 8am-5pm (Wednesdays off)

ECHO Community Healthcare is a Federally Qualified Healthcare Center that provides quality healthcare to include adult primary care, pediatric care, social work services, behavioral healthcare, prescription assistance, case management programming and dental care to all members of our community, including the insure, uninsured, under-insured and homeless.

We serve a population of approximately 15,000 and provide various clinical and community outreach services at six full time clinics.

Job Summary

The Clinical Phone Specialist assumes responsibility and accountability for the patient incoming telephone calls. Duties include but are not limited to: telephone assessments, scheduling patients and collaborating with the clinical staff.
