About This Position
- We’re looking for a Demand Generation Marketing Intern to support our Global Demand Generation team, with a strong focus on database marketing and campaign execution. You’ll help us launch and optimize campaigns that generate engagement across our target markets—through email and other digital channels—while learning modern marketing processes, tools, and reporting fundamentals.
We are looking for someone for a 6-month contract working 3 days a week, with the possibility to extend to a year.
Support the team with email marketing execution (building, scheduling, and sending emails).
Assist with email copywriting and iterations based on performance feedback.
Help with database reporting, list hygiene support (as guided), and audience segmentation support.
Contribute to research and continuous improvement (e.g., lightweight vendor/tool research, process improvements).
Support global campaign activations (execution help, timelines, deliverables tracking).
Draft and refine campaign copy (email, landing page snippets, short promo text, etc.).
Contribute ideas for new email themes, subject line tests, and engagement tactics.
Provide coordination and execution support for regional campaigns, partnering with team members to localize and launch as needed.
Help implement or maintain basic automation setup supporting reporting and campaign workflows (with guidance).
Assist in integrating insights from reporting into campaign and database improvements.
Copywriting: clear, concise, audience-appropriate writing (email and short-form promo copy).
Interest in AI / new tech: comfortable experimenting with tools like ChatGPT to speed up ideation, editing, and research.
Fast learner: able to pick up new tools, processes, and feedback quickly.
Reporting basics: able to create and analyze simple reports with guidance (comfort with spreadsheets is a plus).
Strong attention to detail, reliability with deadlines, and willingness to iterate.
Any exposure to email marketing tools (e.g., marketing automation platforms), basic HTML for emails, or CRM concepts.
Curiosity about B2B marketing, SaaS, funnels, and lifecycle marketing.
Campaigns and emails are executed on time, accurately, and with consistent quality.
Copy improves through iteration and feedback, with growing independence over time.
Reporting is delivered reliably, and insights are incorporated into future sends.
The intern meaningfully reduces execution load so the team can focus on strategy.
