About This Position
Position Description: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Human Resources
Conducts HR audit for new clients to ensure compliance.
Completes HR audit of personnel files and policy and process compliance.
Review client handbook, policies, job descriptions, and other HR documents as requested by client and create as needed.
Provides HR consultation to clients leadership and management team.
Responds to Worksite Employee questions and concerns as needed.
Assist Clients with HR employee communications as needed.
Assists in the development of HR systems, processes, and tools for clients.
Provides consultative and development of the following systems within the Employee Lifecycle:
o Talent Attraction Onboarding program, offer letters, job descriptions, job postings.
o Talent Management-employee relations, EPLI claim administration, leave administration, compliance, performance management, engagement, and recognition.
o Talent Development-new employee orientation, compliance training, leadership development, and other HR training as requested.
o Talent Transitions-unemployment administration, separation letters, and exit interview templates. Completes HR audit of personnel files and policy and process compliance.
Provides regulatory and compliance updates to clients and ensures clients policies and practices are compliant.
Conducts formal investigations and inquiries; administers employee grievance procedures.
Maintains and updates employee handbook and policies as requested by client.
Assist clients with using LMS, ATS, HRIS, and other applicable Connectify systems.
Implements ATS, LMS, and background check support; provides training and resources on systems.
Develops HR dashboard and delivers to clients quarterly
Works with clients to define initial benefit contribution strategy.
Creates benefit summaries, communication plans, and information for annual benefits renewal.
Provides operations team with benefit information necessary to complete annual benefits renewal.
Documents HR activity in CRM.
Client Experience
Serve as main point of contact for all aspects of client relationship.
Collaborates with internal teams for resolutions to client questions and concerns.
Escalates service issues to HR & Client Experience Officer as needed.
Plans, organizes, and facilitates regular meetings with clients.
Actively participates in client implementation process including attending weekly client implementation meets
Conducts onsite or virtual employee onboarding and benefit enrollment meetings during implementation process.
Prepares summary report and dashboard for client quarterly meetings and reviews with HR & CE Officer.
Tracks all service touchpoints in CRM.
EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE:
Required
Bachelors degree in business or human resource management or related field; or 3-5 years of equivalent experience
3 5 years of customer-facing experience
Preferred
Must successfully pass and maintain PHR or SHRM-CP designation within one year of qualification to take exam
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Ability to work under general supervision and work independently on projects.
Utilize work experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A moderate degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Professional interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective relationships with Clients and team members in a timely and respectful manner.
Professional written and oral communication skills.
Ability to change priorities quickly based on Client and internal needs.
Ability to adhere to strict confidentiality standards.
Demonstrates outstanding judgement in providing HR counsel dealing with complex factors with which there is minimal or no precedent.
Ability to present information to various groups in a variety of formats including large group presentations.
TOOLS, EQUIPMENT, AND SOFTWARE:
Must be able to proficiently operate Windows PC with MS Office and MS Outlook
Familiar use with HRIS, Applicant Tracking System, Learning Management System, Performance Management system and other HR-related programs
Familiar use with Client Relationship Management systems
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Primarily indoor work in a remote office environment requiring long periods of sitting
Frequent utilization of manual dexterity and visualizing of a computer screen
Limited travel by vehicle and air to Client worksites as needed
No unusual physical requirements
