What You’ll Do:

• Conduct in-home consultations with qualified leads
• Build trust and offer customized HVAC solutions
• Present professional proposals and close deals on-site
• Educate customers on energy-efficient upgrades and financing options
• Work with install teams to ensure smooth project completion

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven sales experience (HVAC preferred)
• Ability to confidently present and close high-ticket solutions
• Strong communication, listening, and customer service skills
• Self-driven with a desire to grow professionally and financially
• Comfortable using technology (CRM, mobile tools, digital proposals)
• Valid driver’s license
