This role offers a dynamic opportunity to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate meetings and events for key client accounts. As the primary point of contact, you will design tailored experiences, manage logistics, and ensure every event aligns with client objectives while exceeding expectations. You will collaborate with vendors, cross-functional teams, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality, impactful events both domestically and internationally. The position combines strategic planning, hands-on execution, and relationship management, providing autonomy and flexibility in a supportive, remote work environment. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned corporate client accounts, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction
- Design, plan, and execute meetings and events, including venue sourcing, vendor negotiations, travel logistics, and on-site management
- Develop event websites, registration links, invitations, and mobile applications when applicable
- Manage proposals, contracts, and budgets with accuracy, ensuring alignment with client goals and expectations
- Coordinate all event services, including room blocks, transportation, food and beverage, audiovisual, and meeting room logistics
- Conduct post-event evaluations, surveys, and reporting to continuously improve event quality and client experience
- Collaborate with international teams for event management and technology integration
Requirements:
- BA/BS in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Business, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in meeting/event design, coordination, and execution
- CMP certification and CVENT experience/certification strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and event management software
- Ability to travel approximately 25%, including domestic and occasional international trips
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders and teams
- Demonstrated success managing corporate client accounts and delivering high-quality events
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
