This role offers the opportunity to influence high-impact product initiatives across complex operations and revenue-generating systems. You will partner closely with Product and Engineering leadership to define key metrics, monitor product health, and drive strategic initiatives that improve outcomes for both the business and its customers. You will manage critical operating forums, generate actionable insights from data, and support portfolio prioritization and post-launch reviews. This is a high-visibility position that requires strategic thinking, operational rigor, and the ability to drive measurable impact in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will play a central role in shaping operational processes, scaling product initiatives, and enabling informed decision-making across teams.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead critical operating reviews with senior leadership, including execution check-ins, post-launch feedback, and portfolio prioritization discussions.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, roadmaps, and other operational artifacts to track performance and progress against strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and GTM partners to identify growth opportunities, monitor product health, and execute on high-priority initiatives.
  • Develop and analyze key metrics and customer feedback to generate actionable insights that inform product strategy and operational improvements.
  • Launch and scale new product revenue streams while ensuring processes are repeatable and measurable.
  • Champion a culture of operational excellence, growth mindset, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in consulting, business operations, or chief of staff roles within high-growth or large-scale organizations.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with executive stakeholders, including C-suite, Product & Engineering VPs, Finance, and cross-functional leaders.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with experience structuring complex data analyses to derive insights.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to execute large cross-functional initiatives with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and adapting quickly to changing priorities; self-starter mentality.
  • Experience partnering with Product & Engineering leadership and familiarity with tools such as Databricks, Cursor, or AI-based tools like Claude is a plus.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
