As a Brand Marketing Manager, you will lead the creation and execution of content that drives measurable pipeline results:
- Develop and execute content strategies aligned with revenue and pipeline goals.
- Write and produce high-performing assets including guides, checklists, playbooks, webinars, and evergreen lead magnets.
- Partner closely with the demand generation team to ensure content supports integrated campaigns and drives conversions.
- Analyze proprietary data sets and collaborate with BI/analytics teams to translate insights into compelling, actionable content.
- Optimize content performance across channels, including email marketing, landing pages, and distribution platforms.
- Contribute to planning and execution of webinars and other lead generation initiatives.
- Continuously improve content effectiveness through A/B testing, messaging refinement, and adoption of best practices.
- Stay current on retail media trends, competitive insights, and emerging B2B demand generation tactics.
Candidates should bring strong content marketing expertise, analytical skills, and industry knowledge:
- 5+ years of experience in content marketing, demand generation, or related roles within B2B SaaS.
- Direct experience in retail media, eCommerce, or digital advertising.
- Proven ability to create content programs that drive measurable pipeline and business impact.
- Strong data storytelling skills, translating raw data and insights into clear, actionable narratives.
- Experience collaborating with analytics or BI teams on research-driven content.
- Proficiency in email marketing, landing page optimization, and content distribution best practices.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and project management skills.
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
- Competitive annual base salary range: $105,000–$115,000, plus eligibility for additional annual bonus compensation.
