New Account Documentation Specialist

Oklahoma City, OK

Onsite Position

BancFirst Tower, Downtown Oklahoma City

100 N. Broadway Avenue, Oklahoma City, OK 73102

Full Time: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. M-F

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Review daily reports of customer level maintenance for validity and correctness while ensuring receipt of supporting documentation.

Review new account documentation for adherence to regulatory and/or legal requirements and bank policy.

Perform system review of customer and account level input for accuracy and completeness.

Work with branch personnel to clear documentation exceptions on new or revised accounts.

Monitor accounts for compliance with the USA Patriot Act performing necessary steps to maintain compliance.

May be cross-trained on various positions in the department.

Assist with other job-related duties as requested by supervisor/manager.

REQUIREMENTS

Strong attention to detail and organizational skill.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn, banking software applications.

Detailed understanding of BancFirst products and services.

Able to perform in a highly sensitive environment, deal with confidential matters and meet deadlines.

Outstanding listening and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Analytical, detail-oriented with good decision making skills.

Must demonstrate a business professional image and demeanor.

Work well individually and with a team while maintaining a positive attitude.

Work well under stress and deadlines while managing multiple tasks.

Self-starter with the ability to multi-task.

Excellent work ethic.

Attendance and punctuality are an essential function of the job.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge of legal requirements for New Account documentation.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Constant use of computer screens.

Ability to operate a computer keyboard, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear.

Intermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouching.

Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time during the workday.


Long periods of typing and repetitive motion.


Ability to lift and/or move and carry 10 pounds.
