This role provides an exciting opportunity to lead field and demand generation marketing initiatives for public sector accounts across federal, state, local, and education segments. You will design and execute integrated marketing programs that combine in-person events with digital campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline. Success in this position requires aligning strategies to government procurement cycles, tailoring messaging for public institutions, and influencing target accounts through multi-touch campaigns. You will collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, and global marketing teams to ensure campaigns are relevant, measurable, and impactful. This role offers ownership of strategy, execution, and measurement, providing a direct contribution to organizational growth and market presence. Ideal candidates thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and enjoy building programs that resonate with public sector audiences.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans for federal, state, local, and education (FED/SLED) segments, aligning to government priorities, procurement cycles, and compliance requirements
  • Plan, manage, and execute public sector-specific field events such as roundtables, summits, trade shows, and partner events, including audience targeting, logistics, messaging, and post-event follow-up
  • Launch and optimize digital campaigns, including email nurtures, webinars, paid media, content syndication, and ABM programs, in partnership with global demand generation teams
  • Localize corporate campaigns for public sector relevance, tailoring value propositions, proof points, and calls-to-action for government audiences
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align campaign plays with target accounts and enablement assets that support government decision-making structures and buying stages
  • Track and optimize program performance across field and digital channels, leveraging metrics such as registrations, engagement, lead/opportunity conversion, and sourced pipeline
  • Provide FED/SLED insights to inform global campaigns, product marketing, and SDR follow-up motions, ensuring regional execution aligns with broader GTM strategy

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, including hands-on ownership of field/event programs and digital demand generation campaigns
  • Experience marketing to public sector audiences (Federal, State, Local, Education) with knowledge of government procurement, contracting vehicles, and compliance requirements
  • Proven success driving measurable pipeline impact through integrated campaigns, with strong testing and optimization skills
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce) including segmentation, nurture design, lead management, and reporting
  • Working knowledge of digital demand channels and ABM strategies, with the ability to leverage data to inform decisions
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel up to 25% within North America
  • Experience in the SaaS or technology industry preferred

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary and performance-based incentives
  • Health insurance and wellness benefits
  • Flexible work environment with opportunities for remote work
  • Career growth and professional development opportunities
  • Participation in cross-functional, high-impact projects
  • Engaging and inclusive workplace culture
