We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Vice President of Sales to lead and scale high-impact sales operations across North America. In this executive role, you will drive revenue growth, shape go-to-market strategies, and lead a high-performing enterprise sales organization targeting large-scale clients. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, execution, and leadership, guiding complex deal cycles and building strong relationships with senior stakeholders. - Lead and scale the North American enterprise sales organization, driving sustainable and predictable revenue growth.
- Define and execute regional sales strategies aligned with broader business objectives and expansion goals.
- Coach, mentor, and develop high-performing sales teams, accelerating ramp-to-quota and fostering a culture of excellence.
- Act as executive sponsor on strategic, high-value deals, building relationships with C-level stakeholders and guiding complex negotiations.
- Oversee pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and sales performance metrics to ensure consistent execution.
- Optimize the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from prospecting to closing, leveraging CRM and sales tools for efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and leadership teams to align go-to-market strategies and customer insights.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in SaaS or cloud sales, including 7–10 years in senior leadership roles managing large regions.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and scaling high-growth sales organizations.
- Strong expertise in enterprise sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, value-based selling).
- Deep understanding of SaaS, AI-driven solutions, and the ability to communicate complex value propositions to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience coaching teams and building high-performance cultures.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in pipeline management, forecasting, and KPI tracking.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent executive experience is a plus.
