About Us:

At Aimbridge, the Night Audit Supervisor supports Front Office operations during overnight hours, ensuring smooth, efficient, and courteous service for all guests. This role oversees nightly audit processes, staff supervision, and financial reporting to maximize room revenue and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills while maintaining composure in high-pressure situations. This position plays a key role in upholding company standards and delivering exceptional overnight service experiences.

KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise and support Front Desk and Night Audit staff to ensure efficient overnight operations.
  • Address and resolve guest requests, complaints, and incidents promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor room revenue, occupancy, and rate efficiency to optimize nightly performance.
  • Oversee the accuracy of audit reports, financial reconciliations, and cash handling.
  • Train, coach, and evaluate front office employees to maintain high service standards.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and safety procedures.
  • Review payroll, schedules, and productivity reports in coordination with management.
  • Maintain effective communication across departments to ensure operational consistency.
  • Participate in Manager on Duty (MOD) shifts and emergency response procedures as needed.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years of progressive hotel or related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Windows-based systems and front office software.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Must hold a valid drivers license and demonstrate integrity in handling sensitive information.
