Job Overview

Sweeney's Pavement Maintenance is seeking a dedicated Laborer to join our growing Field Operations team. This role is perfect for a motivated individual who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced outdoor environment. As a Laborer, you'll support our crews in performing asphalt paving, concrete work, line striping, and general job site duties. While construction or asphalt experience is preferred, we're willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist crews with asphalt paving, concrete installation, sealcoating, and line striping.
• Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment.
• Operate basic hand tools and small power equipment.
• Maintain clean and safe job sites at all times.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads to ensure efficient project completion.
• Support various phases of construction work as needed.

Qualifications

• Preference for candidates with construction or asphalt experience (will train the right person).
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols.
• Valid driver's license.
