JOB PURPOSE

You will work directly with the marketing communications and creative team to support real business work. This is a hands-on role. You will design, execute, and learn inside a global MedTech brand.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The following are the essential functions of this position. This position may be responsible for performing additional duties and tasks as needed and assigned.

  • Design and support assets across digital, social, presentation, and campaign assets

  • Apply layout, typography, and visual hierarchy to internal and external materials

  • Preparing production-ready files under brand and regulatory guidelines

  • Support creative reviews, project kickoffs, and iteration cycles

  • Collaborate with designers, marketers, and project managers

  • Own small design requests from brief through final delivery

  • Document and visualize complex information clearly and accurately

  • Learning how creative work moves through a regulated, global organization

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

The requirements listed below are representative of the education, knowledge, skill and/or ability required for this position.

Education/Certifications:

  • Current student pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, digital media, or a related field

Experience, Skills, Knowledge and/or Abilities:

  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher at time of hire

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop

  • Strong design fundamentals in layout, hierarchy, and typography

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Curiosity, accountability, and comfort taking feedback

  • Portfolio or work samples required. Student work accepted

  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future

  • Interest in branding, digital design, or marketing communications

  • Interest in healthcare or MedTech
