2026 Junior Golf Mentor Program at Northville Hills LLC – STILLWATER, Minnesota

Join our team for a rewarding seasonal position (June 1st - August 15th) in the beautiful setting of Oak Glen Golf Course! We are seeking enthusiastic, motivated, and patient individuals that enjoy being around young students. This is a fantastic opportunity to enjoy the outdoors, contribute to a thriving junior golf program, and gain valuable experience working with others and mentoring young students.

Positions Available:

• Junior Golf Mentor

Responsibilities:

• To help create a safe and enjoyable environment for our junior golfers and co-workers.
• Teach junior golfers about course etiquette and very basic golf fundamentals.
• Teach junior golfers about respecting others for a positive experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all junior golfers and guests of Oak Glen Golf Course.
• Work effectively as part of a team and independently.
• Possess and learn strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Must be at least 14 years of age.
• Must be reliable and punctual.
• Available to work early mornings shifts.
• Knowledge of golf etiquette and rules of golf is a plus.
