As a Loaner Operations Technician, you will be responsible for handling, inspecting and preparing spinal surgical kits, implants and instrumentation on a daily basis within VB Spine’s Regional Distribution Centre.

This hands-on operational role involves learning and executing core processes, including inbound handling, visual inspection, reconciliation, replenishment and outbound preparation. This role involves supporting the safe and timely movement of loaner inventory across Central Europe and ensuring that all products are handled in accordance with VB Spine's procedures and quality standards.

You will work under guidance while building your capability across all core workflows within the Regional Distribution Centre.

What You’ll Do:

• Receive and unload inbound shipments of surgical kits and components
• Sort, stage, and route materials through defined operational flows
• Support cleaning and decontamination handling processes (non-sterile, controlled environment)
• Perform basic visual inspection of implants and instruments
• Assist with kit reconciliation against defined configurations
• Identify and escalate missing or damaged components
• Support replenishment of kits and trays
• Execute basic ERP transactions (training provided)
• Assist with picking, packing, and outbound preparation
• Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant working environment
• Follow SOPs, work instructions, and safety standards at all times
• Support stock counts and basic inventory checks
• Complete all required training and onboarding modules

What You Bring:

• High school diploma
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or operational experience is desirable
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
• Willingness to learn new processes and systems
• Team-oriented with a positive, proactive attitude
• Good communication skills and proficiency in English would be an added bonus
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
• Ability to lift up to 23kg and to work on feet for extended periods
• Comfort with manual handling and repetitive tasks

Compensation:

Pay for this role is competitive and based on experience, with qualifications and performance considered.
