Job Description
Seniority Healthcare is seeking a strategic, hands-on Director of Human Resources to lead and evolve our HR function in alignment with our organizational goals. Reporting to the Director of Business Operations and collaborating closely with senior leadership, this role will drive the development and execution of HR strategies that support company growth, enhance employee engagement, and ensure operational excellence across all HR disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership & HR OperationsServe as a strategic partner to executive leadership on all workforce-related matters, including organizational design, talent strategy, and culture initiatives.
Lead and oversee all HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, total rewards, performance management, and training & development.
Develop, implement, and continually improve HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with the organization’s mission, vision, and values.
Own the full-cycle talent acquisition strategy to attract, hire, and retain top talent across all levels, with a focus on scalability as the company doubles in size.
Guide workforce planning efforts to ensure the right talent is in place to meet business objectives.
Champion employee engagement strategies to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.
Lead initiatives focused on employee satisfaction, retention, and professional development.
Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Mitigate organizational risk through effective HR policies, documentation, and proactive employee relations practices.
Oversee HRIS administration and ensure accurate data management, reporting, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
Leverage technology to streamline HR processes and improve the employee experience.
Drive a performance management framework that promotes accountability, feedback, and career growth.
Partner with leadership to identify training needs and oversee the development of learning initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred).
5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HR leadership or Director-level role, preferably within healthcare or a growth-oriented service organization.
Proven success in building and scaling HR functions to support organizational growth.
Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and regulatory compliance.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
