LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) at Community LIFE – Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

Location: Braddock, PA
Schedule: Full-Time, 2:30pm -10:30pm Mon-Fri, plus every other weekend
Salary: $27-$30 per hour, based on experience

Position Duties: Provide in-apartment assistance on 2 floors of the General Braddock Towers building for participants who are age 55+. Duties include med pass, wound care, and assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs). This includes responsibilities such as bathing/showering, toileting, dressing, meal prep, feeding, light cleaning, etc.

Requirements:

• A valid PA LPN license - (graduate of accredited nursing school)
• Minimum of 1 year (12 months) of experience working with the frail or elderly population; preferably in long-term care, home healthcare, or community health
