What Youll Do As a Parts Specialist youll be responsible for:
Process incoming parts and retrofit offers/orders via email and phone
Coordinate repairs and returns for parts, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up
Monitor and follow up on outstanding offers and orders to ensure timely fulfillment
Communicate with customers and corporate headquarters to clarify and complete all parts-related requests
Provide weekday and weekend on-call support (every 5th or 6th weekend) for emergency parts needs (including responding to calls and coming into the office if required)
Work one evening per week (until 6:00 PM) to support after-hours parts service requests
Accurately pick, pack and arrange shipment of parts using UPS, FedEx or other delivery services when on call support
Maintain records and ensure efficient workflow in parts processing

What Were Looking For
Strong attention to detail
Excellent follow-up and communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-paced environment
Team-oriented, yet capable of working independently
Flexible and dependable, especially during on-call and emergency situations
SAP experience is a plus, but not required
Microsoft Office 365 knowledge is a plus, but not required
