• Prepare and serve ice cream following standard recipes and procedures
• Maintain quality standards by ensuring food is fresh and properly handled
• Keep the ice cream area clean, sanitary, and safe
• Provide friendly and efficient service to all customers
• Monitor and dispose of any expired or defective ingredients
• Work as part of a team to keep operations running smoothly
• Follow all health and safety guidelines
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to food safety

• Stand for the duration of your shift
• Frequently reach, bend, lift, shake, stir, pour, carry, and push
• Lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
• Move freely throughout all areas of the store, including stock and register areas
• Operate all necessary equipment
