Physician Medical Director - COMPASS Program - Remote (PA based) at Seniority Healthcare
About This Position
The Physician Medical Director for the COMPASS Program is a fully remote, dual-role position combining direct clinical care with program leadership. This physician leader maintains an active patient panel while providing medical oversight for a broader COMPASS population across senior living communities and home-based settings. The COMPASS Program (Collaborative Outpatient Management for Palliative and Aging Support Services) is central to this mission, providing coordinated, longitudinal care that reduces fragmentation and unnecessary hospital utilization while improving patient experience and quality of life.
In partnership with the COMPASS Program Manager and Clinical Liaison, the Medical Director guides program operations, clinical quality, and strategic development. While the Program Manager oversees day-to-day nursing operations, the Medical Director provides clinical leadership, escalation support, and program direction.
This role is ideal for a physician who values long-term patient relationships and wants to help shape an innovative care model serving aging and palliative populations.
