The mine is in its 25th year of operation producing premium PCI metallurgical coal for use in steel manufacturing. About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Scheduler to join our Maintenance team. Reporting to the Planning & Reliability Superintendent, this role plays a critical part in ensuring our mobile maintenance activities are well-coordinated, accurate, and efficient.

You will be responsible for ensuring that the Pulse Work Management System (WMS) is maintained to standard, that contractor schedules are integrated into a cohesive site-wide plan, and that schedule compliance is tracked and reported.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate short and medium term schedules for mobile equipment including site business partners within the Mobile Maintenance Team.
• Development of the schedule to maximise site labour resources and minimise machine downtime.
• Ensure Work Management Processes are implemented and consistently followed.
• Provide guidance and training to maintenance personnel on the CMMS (Pulse).
• Maintain data integrity in Pulse (SMU, PM services, defect management, backlog).
• Maintain Pulse System master data as required.
• Report weekly on key work management KPI’s.

About You

We’re looking for someone who brings:

• Experience in scheduling or maintenance planning within mining, resources, or heavy industry.
• Familiarity with maintenance systems such as Pulse, SAP, or similar.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Project, and Excel.
• Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.
• Ability to engage with contractors and internal stakeholders to align schedules.
• A commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
