Charge Nurse LPN - Senior Living Facility

Join our dedicated team in our leading skilled nursing facility, where compassionate care and professional excellence are at the heart of everything we do. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Charge Nurse to oversee daily operations and support our healthcare staff in delivering high-quality services to our residents.

We have opportunities on 2nd and 3rd shift! Pay is $38+per hour, based on qualifications and experience. This includes working every other weekend and we pay an additional $2.00 per hour anytime working on a Saturday or Sunday. We offer shift flexibility between an 8 or 10 hour shift!

This position is responsible for overseeing the quality of patient care, making real-time clinical decisions, and ensuring appropriate unit coverage at all times. The role provides leadership and guidance to staff, addresses personnel concerns, and upholds safety and regulatory standards. In addition, this position supports the healthcare team and serves as a primary point of contact for staff. Candidates must possess an active Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. Prior experience in a charge nurse or leadership role is preferred.
