About This Position
Position Summary
The Director of Finance is responsible for leading WinChoice’s financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and capital strategy in support of rapid growth across multiple states. This role partners directly with ownership and senior leadership to strengthen financial infrastructure, improve margin performance, enhance decision-making through KPIs, and support scalable long-term financial systems.
This position is both strategic and hands-on, requiring strong financial leadership, operational curiosity, and the ability to build processes in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead enterprise-wide financial planning, including annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, scenario modeling, and integrated cash flow management.
- Deliver clear, decision-ready financial reporting and executive presentations to ownership and senior leadership.
- Drive margin expansion initiatives in partnership with manufacturing and installation leadership, aligning operational execution with financial performance.
- Oversee job costing, production costing, labor efficiency, installation metrics, pricing strategy, and cost structure optimization to enhance profitability.
- Establish and elevate financial and operational KPIs, including dashboard development, performance cadence, and standardized reporting frameworks.
- Improve the accuracy, timeliness, and strategic usability of financial reporting across departments.
- Lead banking and lender relationships, including covenant compliance, credit facility management, and required reporting.
- Support capital strategy, liquidity planning, and financing initiatives aligned with multi-state growth objectives.
- Prepare and coordinate financial materials for lenders, investors, and external stakeholders, including due diligence support.
- Build scalable financial infrastructure, systems, internal controls, and workflows to support a growing multi-state organization.
- Provide strong financial leadership, developing the finance team and partnering cross-functionally to foster accountability, professionalism, continuous improvement, and long-term value creation.
